Decorating for Halloween turned into a creative exercise or a craft project (maybe on steroids) when I took a basic and rather large decorative skull and turned each of them into a sugar skull with black light paint and oil-based paint pens. I think it is still a reflection of creativity. Nothing was stenciled, everything was freehand.
